Bobbie is a West Virginia native, has over 30 years’ experience in the field of education.

Bobbie was a senior instructor at VSDB-Staunton, where she taught ASL for foreign language credit, life skills, and vocational exploratory classes and an adjunct professor at Blue Ridge community college.  Currently, Bobbie works at University of Virgina teaching ASL. She holds a master of science in family resources from

WVU, a BS from Gallaudet University and is certified by the ASLTA.
